Outreach Officer (3 years)
Claire is a final year PhD student at Durham University focussing on fetal, perinatal and infant health and growth. Her research examines the correlation between intrauterine growth and exposure to stress through the analysis of skeletal populations of different time periods and geographic locations. Claire graduated with a BA in Archaeology and MSc in Bioarchaeology (Human Osteology) from the University of Exeter, before moving to Durham to undertake her AHRC PhD studentship. Claire is also an associate of the Wolfson Institute for Health and Wellbeing. Claire has an ongoing outreach collaboration with the British Council and has developed, delivered and undertaken a variety of outreach events, as well as teaching/demonstrating on multiple undergraduate and postgraduate courses during her time at Durham.
