Teaching Resources
BABAO aims to support schools and public organisations with teaching about human bones and skeletons. We have put together a range of resources that provide content relevant to key stage educational requirements.

Our teaching resources are being developed to meet the statutory requirements of the science programmes of study, as part of the national curriculum in England. Current resources cover human skeletal anatomy, health and development for:
Key Stage 1 and 2:
- Programme of Study for Animals, including Humans
- Living things and their habitats
Each resource contains a range of content including videos, lesson ideas, worksheets, quizzes and power points to help you teach pupils about the human skeleton and dentition.
Key Stage 3:
The Proud Trust have created a dedicated LGBT+ History Month: Medicine and Science for:
- Relationships and Sex Education: Respectful relationships, including friendships.
- History: How people’s lives have shaped this nation and how Britain has influenced and been influenced by the wider world.

Archaeological and forensic based teaching resources that are supplementary to the key stage 4 Medicine Through Time GCSE module will be available soon!
