Nutritional status within the life-cycle and among populations: Anthropometric and body composition methods of assessment.

The aim of the school is to provide theoretical competence on the biomedical relevance of nutritional status, intra/inter-population variability and the methodological principles of diagnostic techniques used in various experimental. Participants will also learn the use of anthropometric and body composition instruments and techniques, both traditional and innovative, for the analysis of nutritional status.

The school will consist of lectures and laboratory activities, given by national and international leaders, and will take place over a period of 5 days in the polaris technology park
