This form is for BABAO members.
Non-members can use the form if the circumstances described in Standard Operating Procedure 3 (SoP 3) section 2 are met.
BABAO’s complaints procedure is described in SoP 3. This form is not for dealing with disagreements and disputes, please see Standard Operating Procedure 2. It should be used if a BABAO member is believed to have broken the association’s Code of Conduct.
As described in section 7.3 of SoP 3, complaints which are judged to be vexatious and therefore, potentially to have broken the Code of Conduct, can lead to Complainant’s
membership being permanently revoked.
Please provide as much detail as can be recalled: dates, screenshots, witnesses, and how you know the subject of the complaint.
All data are processed in accordance with BABAO’s data protection rules in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulations (see BABAO’s Record of Processing Activities).
