Introducing new BABAO infographic on “Destructive Sampling of Human Remains: Considerations and Care”

We are pleased to share our new BABAO infographic on “Destructive Sampling of Human Remains: Considerations and Care”. It can be viewed, along with other BABAO guidelines, codes and infographics, in the resource area of our website.

This aid is targeted for those working in and with collections and is based off a survey of the BABAO membership that Museum Rep Dr Trish Biers (Duckworth), Dr Jess Thompson (Natl Museums Scotland) and Dr Sarah-Jane Harknett (Museum of Archaeology and Anthropology, Cambridge) a few years ago. We hope you find it helpful and please share widely.

As Museum Rep, I will be contacting many institutions, big and small, to highlight our organisation and the brilliant work we do and should non-specialists have questions or concerns, to please contact us for advice and support!
